Hi-Q Hammanskraal knows exactly what makes its customers happy: expert, friendly tyre fitment service ... and sheep!
The fantastic offer of a sheep a month to one lucky customer is Hi-Q Hammanskraal’s way of celebrating its second birthday and saying thank you for the support it has received from the community since it first opened its doors two years ago.
This country dealership, between Pretoria and Warmbad in northern Gauteng, serves a large rural community. Owner Casper Liversage knows that, while city slickers may prefer their meat to come pre-sliced and shrink-wrapped, a live sheep holds immense appeal and value for his largely black customer base.
“We decided to offer the chance to win a sheep every month with purchases made between August and December. Invoices accumulate daily in a special competition entry box in the store; and on the last day of the month, the last customer in the store has the honour of pulling the winning entry from the box,” Liversage explained.
The first delighted winner, drawn at the end of August, was Brenda Ledwaba of Marokolong, Hammanskraal.
Hi-Q Hammanskraal first opened its doors on 3 September 2008. Liversage, who was previously in the chicken industry, saw a need in the area for quality servicing and distribution of Goodyear tyres. His business philosophy extends beyond simple cash turnover as he consistently strives to plough back into the community. His trained employees all come from the local community.
Customers can trust that they will experience the Hi-Q-benchmarked standard of excellent service and workmanship. Hi-Q Hammanskraal’s product offering includes nitrogen, shock absorbers and exhausts, as well as number plates, of which they are the sole supplier in the area. The comprehensive tyre range includes passenger and off-road products, but the dealership specialises in truck tyre products and service, as these are in particular demand around Hammanskraal.
