At Hi-Q we never take our eyes off what’s important: your safety – and the safety of your passengers.
EXHAUST SAFETY
1. Perform a regular visual inspection of your exhaust system. Signs of corrosion, loose mountings, leaking joints and damage to parts are clear indicators that the exhaust system is damaged.
2. Always check your exhaust system after driving through a pothole or over debris in the road.
3. Carbon monoxide can build up in the interior of a vehicle without warning. The gas has no smell, can’t be seen and by the time the driver realises its effects, it may be too late.
4. Letting your vehicle run inside a closed garage can be deadly. Always be sure the engine is switched off if the garage door is closed.
5. Selecting the right exhaust system for your vehicle can help reduce noise, increase torque and free up horsepower.
6. A well-fitted exhaust system will do less damage to the environment.
